Low temperature mashing and no mash out give this beer
the dryness it needs. Together with copious amounts of whirlpool
and dry hops, this beer can be a great alternative to cava or wine.
For 2023 we wanted to take it a step further and added loads and loads of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops.
Two of our favorite dry hops that work well in such a decadent beer.
